Melissa Eboli AKA Chef Via Melissa is a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE), Nutritional Chef and certified nutritrion-wellness counselor (CNWC) based out of CT.
She formerly operated Via’s Kitchen, a personal chef and catering company that focused on clean, allergen friendly food. Now her focus is on her role with GE Appliances in addition to still creating clean, delicious recipes with content creation. She is also a host on Flavors of The World and on the board as a consultant for Projxon.
