Meet The Chef
Hi! I'm Melissa, and I like to put a personal touch on all that I do, hence the name 'Via Melissa'.
I'm a natural born recipe developer, that's been cooking for as long as I can remember. I attended a culinary program along the way to hone up my skills and technique.
Whether you are looking for a traditional hearty meal, or a lighter, healthier feast (sans gluten & dairy) I've got you covered! My services range from cooking classes to event catering & being your personal chef for a night (or longer!).

Some past events include: baby showers, corporate cooking classes, Sweet 16's, bachelorette parties, cooking demos & summer BBQ's.
